You can reach our receptionist by calling (208) 232-5746 and your call will be directed to the Pocatello Office.

How can I access my account balances from home?
There are several options to check your account information from home. You may login to online banking , call the phone teller at (208) 232-3706, or call the credit union during business hours at (208) 232-5746.

Do I have to make an appointment to see a Loan Officer?
We have three loan officers available at the Chubbuck Office, so you do not have to make an appointment. Please contact the Loan Department if you would like to make an appointment at the Pocatello Office.

If I receive a new Debit card can I use my old PIN?
If your new card is a standard reissue with the same number, you can use your old PIN. If your new card has a different card number a new PIN will be sent to you, or you can bring your new card to the Chubbuck Office and we can set up a PIN for you.
